★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended ,they don't have any discipline regarding price dealing of flats with customers . PIG farm is there on one side of the apartment and in other side garbage area. They are not even providing basic accessories. Sales team/staff behaviour there is worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have rated 0, if there is option. As a flat owner, giving 1 rating is also waste.
One of the word service from the builder and the sales people there in SM Zinnia, they don't respect their customers and keep telling some random reasons to delay the work, even after collecting 100% of the money and completing the registration.
They dont maintain the consistency in the price they quote and doesn't strict to the promises they made.
Now people started shifting to the apartments to live but they still didn't complete the amenities.
They were telling that the road from kadubusanahalli to varthur will be widen in one year but never happened, that road is becoming too worst day by day. It takes 30 minutes just to reach kadubusanahalli.
There are pig shelves and garbage dumping area on both sides which gives bad smell and i dont think they will do anything to remove them.
Be careful, if you are planning to buy.
Dont suffer later like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Good Property and Location but the biggest Problem is that there is Drainage dumping yard next to the apartment , which smells very bad. Sales persons in SM Zinnia always tell the same thing i.e Dumping Yard company Contract is expiring next month and they vacate after that. They are telling this from 6 months but they will never vacate. Better to buy only after they make them vacate else you will live with the bad smell for ages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction Quality is too good but the biggest problem is their sales people, they tell so many things when you do site visit and it never gets solved.
I have asked 2 different sales people about the garbage area next to that project, 3 months before i asked and now also, they tell the same answer every time, stating that the land is on lease which will expire in next 1 month. their one month has become 6 months now.
Better to ask them to fix first and then buy the flat from them.
