★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Disappointed with first impression, Carnival Cinemas Recliner Seats.
- As you enter the room, it smelled like rats & dirt.
- The seats were dirty.
- Room was a total Bad odor, No Staff Inside.
- Had to look for a staff, asked him to spray room freshner.
- ???????????
- Not Recommended.
- Cooling, Sound was good. But smelly experience.
- Upon Complain to Manager, he responded that this place has been taken by Carnival since 8 months & they are about to bring new leather seats.
- Still, My Feedback, you should have done this earlier before opening this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice multiplex in kalyan.But currently not accepting online booking , You have to come at booking office on ground floor at ground bookings are cash only and for online payment go on 4th florre of SM5.Parking charges for car is 40₹ and for bike is 20₹.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A multiplex with 5 screens. The outside food area is good but same can't be said with respect to the theatre. The theatre is not well maintained. Cleanliness is not good. Few Seats are not proper. Even the markings on the stairs and seat numbers are not visible. Screen and Sound was good though. Overall it is an average multiplex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No escalator works when you visit there . There is a functional escalator at the right corner from the enterance.
The ventilation is not as good in the waiting area .
From my last 2 visits the price of water changed from 20₹ to 60₹ theres a water cooler available besides the food counter which is free to use .
The 3D experience wasn't that great so don't keep much high expectations .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Lift fan is not working, the seating lounge area's AC is not working, no proper ventillation inside the mall. The theatre was fine the ACs were also working well l, but outside the theatre area worst. No clean toilets aswell.
