★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment for my kitten in advance and they made me wait for an hour. Moreover, they attended to people who came after me. Very disappointed in the management. Would never recommend this for anyone who expects good care of their pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our iguana was sick she is a part of the family for over 3 years. We took her here and they took excellent care of her. she's home now and recovering perfectly. Caring kind and loving people and experience that's like no other.
I would recommend for anybody with any exotic pet.
