★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using Ladakh 600 at my home and every corner of the house reading around 25-30 ( PM 2.5 particle). It’s excellent !!! The smart Air Gives free service to check the reading at home. I also use the mask by smart air. Smart Air is the best !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have increased the price of the n99 masks to 950 for 5 which was being sold at 590. And I tried to put a 1 star review on their site and the review did not show up.
Stop taking advantage of desperate people that too at the time when there is a pandemic scare going on.
Edit1: they have further increased the price to 1500 rupees. Just shows the ethics of the company.

Plus, the guys at Smart Air, Kanav, who I talked to, was really knowledgeable and friendly. Quite a pleasant shopping experience. I'm referring all my friends to Smart Air!

The quality of the HEPA filter used 2. the area it can purify 3. the CADR or roughly the number of times the filter can pass the air in the room through the filter every hour 4. The air quality in a specified space that the purifier is able to secure 5. The need for a carbon filter in case there is a high gas content in the ambient air in certain areas 6. the approximate period for which a filter can be used 7. The ease of replacement of the filter. 7. Data transparency on each of the above and 8. After Sales service. I have consistently chosen various Smart Air products over the last few years as I feel it supplies a range of reliable cost effective products and is extremely transparent with information on its products as well as helping customers choose what is best for their requirements. Initially they only had filters that only met Indian air quality standards but now their products (Ladakh Series) can clean most households up to to WHO prescribed levels and so its a no brainer to choose smart air to deal with the air quality problems that cities like Delhi face especially in the winter months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smart Air has been helpful is providing N95/N99 mask. I bought 2 packed (20 piece) of mask and it was delivered the next day (in Delhi). The mask is comfortable to wear and staff in Smart Air are friendly to talk with. If you are looking for mask I would highly recommend Smart Air.

When Smart Air first started they offered an affordable, efficient alternative (equally as effective) to big brand air purifiers. We have been really happy with the results in our home and are now up to 6 of the fan models in our home. We had a little trouble with the elastic bands that hold the filters onto the fans, as they stretched out, but on mentioning this we were told the upgraded bands would be given to us for free! That's excellent service!
