I have contacted them for AC repair and Microwave repair and in both cases I have been extremely satisfied. Souvik is simply superb :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service ,They have changed the board and pcb sensor on 18-09-2021 ,on the bill it was mentioned that 6 months warranty, After 3 months washing machine again got complaint ,And they are not willing to come and check ,Not even speaking properly,they simply postone the vist with silly excuses ,after that they won't pick up calls,NEVER DO ANY WORK WITH SMART CARE SERVICES ,FOR GETTING INITIAL WORK THEY WILL SPEAK VERY POLITELY,ONCE THEY GET ENOUGH MONEY, FORGET ABOUT WARRANTY FROM THEM,

I must specially mention about the role of Sri Souvik Das the service technician who attended to my refrigerator problem. Very sound technical competence, correctly analyzed the problem, explained clearly the proposed solution and executed it very well. This guy knows his job very well without doubt. Excellent service provided.
