I hired a e-scooty for 14 days from them..On that moment they will behave nicely..That-"enjoy your ride..if any problem occurs, just ring us, we will send mechanic ASAP etc etc..Then the original game will start..On the day of return as it was a heavy rainy day I requested them- "Tomorrow Can I return the e-scooty..? As it is not safe to drive e-scooty in rain." They promtly replied-" "You have to pay the extra one day fair for that..." So I decided to return the scooty on the exact day...In the middle of a bridge their scooty stops working suddenly... somehow I saved myself from an accident.. immediately I ring the owner for mechanical support....He replied- "In a rainy day, 8 pm it is not possible to send a mechanic.."
.Ok...logic is there.. mechanics are also human being..
But the next day owner come himself...and arguing me in such a way that I am responsible for the break-down of their scooty...I insisted him-"where is your mechanic..Now it is not 8pm nor a rainy day?
Replied-" mechanic has fever today..and will not come" And also asked me-" how will I return this scooty in our office..? I have to hired a vehicle.."
Then I understand the total thing. As you hired the scooty,you are soft target..they will not take any responsibility....They have no mechanical support..that they promised earlier...They only condem you as a whole..But on that moment you have nothing to do...So be aware and be very very careful..if you hired a scooty from them..
