★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While purchasing they agreed on every terms, but afterwards they'll do everything according to their convenience. I ordered dining table set later on due to something cancelled the order with mutual agreement. But after agree on that they changed their mind and didn't refunded the amount for 3months, (Gaurav- their executive or whoever)didn't picked up calls (couldn't able to visit the store due to lockdown) . Now after 3months without any intimation they send sent the order items suddenly that to altered product. This how they're running their business.
