★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys are lucky that your furniture was picked up by them....They are not responding to my phone calls. They have switched off their cell phones phones. I have filed a police complain against them. They have taken money and not only supplied sub standard material but haven't send the complete material....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am also the sufferer of that idot owner of trends furniture. I had booked a centre table and on demand i paid 50% money to them. to my surprize for two weeksthe owner of said shop and his wife who also claimed herself the co owner not responded to my calls. after two weeks one of his office worker called me told that table is going to complete within 2-3 days... but after one week again the so called owners were not responding to my calls. then i called his worker.....then they said that ta ble is complet. and he sent me a photo...these cheaters made a table which i never selected... i asked them why they did so ....all in vain he and his wife stated blamming us that we had selected said design.....they neither accepted their mistake not assured to correct it.....they are now not ready to return my money nor my order with i selected......these are cheater and unprofessionl people....i request the persons please never ever contact this Trends fruniture Ghitorni furniture owners....they are cheaters and will grab your time money mental peace and lastly you will feel to hit them mercilessly......do not make any order with them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually they don't even deserve this 1 star I gave them above.
I've been cheated by this lady & her husband (Lalit & Pooja).
She showed me almost 200 designs on the computer & when I selected 1 of the designs they made the sofa & delivered this to my place.
I had to pay 20000 in advance & 15000 before the delivery.
But to my astonishment sofa was very ill prepared as it was very uncomfortable to sit on. When I measured the dimensions I got the shock of my life that the seating part was almost 5 to 6 inches short.
I tried to call Pooja who called herself as the owner, which I doubt, she stopped taking my call soon after. When I pressed a little hard, she told me that she had undergone some operation so I can talk to her husband Lalit, who also didn't respond to my calls.
After lot of pursuance, almost 1 month later the sofa was picked up from my place for repair & they promised me a turn around time of 7 days but that never happened. Now when they had this sofa they again stopped picking my phone & it took then almost 1.5 months to deliver this sofa after I threatened to go to consumer court & also to file a police complain against them.
One of there employees called me and tried to pacify me that don't take any legal action & promised to deliver the same with in 2 days.
These crooks have also not given me a receipt for the purchase of sofa, for which I'm still fighting with them.
In fact her husband called me and threatened that he's some "Landlord" & will see me if I try to do anything adventurous.
My only request to you is just be aware with these people as they've a very sugary appearance but once you pay them they'll surely take a U turn & will take you for a ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of liars and cheats. Bought a Sofa from them and was assured delivery in 10 days. Its been 25 days since but the sofa hasn't been delivered. The owner has stopped picking my calls. One of their minions calls me once in a while assuring the sofa is almost done & will be sent "soon". With this level of professionalism I hope they haven't cheated on the materials & workmanship also.
