★ ★ ★ ★ ★ delivery was late ordered on 4april and delevered on 30th April 2022, they shud clearly tell about the delevry date instead of dragging it from time to time , so if u order from transteel be prepared for a delayed delvry but u may get it even within 10 days ( few of my friends got it in that time)
As per me The reason for the delayed delvry is that they manufacture evrythng in Bangalore and then send to the respective cities so it might happen that they wait for a particular number of orders before dispatching them...
Now coming to the product i ordered 4x2 angled table @3995 , earlier it was being sold at 6500+ , so defintly it was a value for money deal..
Quality - the table is good , stable and sturdy , but had a bit of chipped material from the table top but it's fine.
Installation - it was done at the same time as the delvry , installation was done withing 20min
I live in Delhi so installation is provided by the company , but I heard that at some places u have to manually install it ( wud be quite hectic)
overall - apart from the delayed delvry , it was a pleasant experience..
You can visit the transteel store(offline) before buying anything...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the previous bad reviews from people turned out to be true. Seems like they never deliver anything on time, ordered something 12 days ago, and now they are asking for another 12 days. They expect customers to just happily accept delays without any explanation. Calling the company is totally pointless as no one seems to have any information.

Below are the problems I faced related to service:
1. Delivery was delayed
2. No communication even though delivery was delayed
3. It was mentioned that installer will come on the same day to install the study table

Company is un professional. Sales/Delivery team of totally failed team. They always make excuses to deliver the product very late.
My Order No. is 10***7. I placed the order on 11April 2022. On the website delivery date was showing 18 April 2022. But after the order confirmation they told it will be delivered on 21 April 2022.
After taking a follow-up on 18 April they postponed my delivery to 27 April 2022.
And when followed today(25April 2022), they told me it is expected by 30 April 2022.
Company is following worst business model. It is model to loose customers and business. By this way sooner they will make huge losses and close the company for forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not order. No post sales customer service and very poor quality. Got delivered a damaged chair and have complained more than a dozen times. No one calls or responds to emails whatsapp etc. Quality is also very poor compared to other option on web. No one will attend you if your product is damaged or you need service. My order No was 105676 and complaint number 1989.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. First purchase of 2020 - a table that was supposed to be assembled by them. They never showed for assembly. We had to call carpenters. I thought it could be due to Covid restrictions and made another purchase 3 weeks back. Another office desk. I realized that the size wont fit my room so called them twice and mailed as well to get the order cancelled within 24 hours, that was on 18th March. Still I got the delivery call from the courier after 3 days and rejected it. After repeated mails, I get a one line confirmation that my order has been cancelled, that was on 28th March. Since the I have send mails till today (April 17th) and no refunds yet.
BUY FROM ANYWHERE NOT HERE! Save yourself some peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad quality. Though the price is cheap I found the product is of bad quality. This is just one picture but I found the quality problem even in the hand rest which is manageable to some extent but the head rest is totally a waste and I had to pay Rs.1000/- extra for this cheap product.
