But, they should provide the free parking space also for employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Talking about Hygiene Really ???" Worst experience from my last 2 conversations with Monica Sabharwal-Human Resource representing Smartworks India. I did not join because of unavoidable circumstances. Same was conveyed via an apology mail. I did not abscond. I tired reaching again for the openings, she tells me- I am a bad influence to their company & she further tell me that as a company I have to maintain some hygiene.
This doesn't count in any traits of being a professional.This is what Smartworks is all about.
