★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to conduct a Brush Lettering Workshop, the place is super cosy, well furnished and updated with modern facilities, wifi enabled and the cafeteria surfs amazing coffee ? It's a great space for setting up your office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience ever...no doubt the atmosphere is good and clean also. But the building maintenance staffs and security guards are the most nasty creatures. They behave rudely with every single person. They can't allow to sit the building's common room ever in building's cafeteria. They think that those places are there private property. I draw attention of the higher authority and I suggest to fire them immediately??. They are destroying the peaceful environment
