Hi I had my root canal..Doctors are very friendly. Doctors wil clear all my doubts ..very painless treatment..it is nice experience..sending our most humble and heartfelt thanks for ur immense care nad comfort during the treatment.. Only thing I don't like is they wil give treatment for two people in one room..

Visited them after reading reviews ,and was very disappointed even after taking appointment well in advance have to wait for more than 40 min without any intimation have to ask the attendant multiple times regarding availability of doc.I went there for filling but seems dentist dr charmi more interested in Rc and not the patient. She criticized the work done already on my other teeth not done properly which ws not acceptable And after getting multiple x-rays and I have asked for the x-rays on my email as I was not convinced to do rc. There staff took my email and said they will send me next day.i did follow up n requested for x-rays many time but staff said will send after waiting for 2 days they never shared the x-rays and BTW I went to other docs n got my filling done .I dont know how people share positive feedback and reviews .Never met such horrible staff,dentist ,themselves down for such smile n shine dental clinic. Feedback is meant to be given for improvement in services and behaviour, as a patient i feel your reviews on basis of which I visited your clinic I found all that is waste and useless . I am not here to sit and argue or waste time like I said my experience was disappointing and not satisfactory visiting you or your clinic . Neither the staff was good nor the doctor .don't expect everyone to rate you 5 on 5 and for what . It was my first time visit and only reason was urgency but u never paid attention to that rather informed me you will use anesthesia for filling also I have got fillings many times by various reputed dentist no one scares patient like you did no one used any tranquilizer or anesthesia for filling procedures .I was expecting some pain killers in prescription as I paid for consultation charges I got x-rays prescribed but you said you will give me painkillers next day when I will decide to visit you again after making up my mind for treatment . When you guys take money on spot why not share what is required with patient why I have to ask for my xray multiple times ,your staff said she will send me in sometime which she failed I send her messages called her requested her next day morning, afternoon ,evening all she has to say is she will send and she only shared that after me posting this review . It was supposed to be shared with me same day when I have asked for not as per your and your staff's convince. PLEASE BARE IN MIND WE RESPECT AND APPRECIATE DOCTORS IN ANY FORM BUT NOT AT COST OF NEGLECTING THE PATIENTS. Your way of setting expectation is just to scare the patients rather than to be empathetic towards them . Point here is the customer satisfaction and I will say that was zero from the time I entered your clinic no time management, no courtsy, no politiness, and I can go on I just wasted my time and money coming to your clinic I didn't find you helpful as a dentist and this is my personal feedback you don't have to feel offended you must have been working as a doctor for 15 yrs I have been a patient for more than 20 years and have been treated by various qualified well deserving dentist in past really admire them for their positive approach to deal with patients. Not like you criticizing other dentist work how you were saying being in same profession you were criticizing other doctors who worked on my tooth earlier . I felt really unethical and undignified from your end being in similar profession and criticizing other doctors work this was more than horrible . This is my personal experience my mistake I read Google review and blindly got trapped to visit this clinic .

Suffering from Tooth Ache is truly annoying, and leads to zero concentrations on work. Very nice clinic. A little small but spotless and everything was very hygienic. The doctor there one Mrs Charmi Mehta was fantastic. She removed my infected tooth with me suffering very little and minimalistic discomfort. Her attentiveness and advice was also spot on. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had my fillings and root canal done by Dr Charmi Mehta. My experience was very sublime since care was taken for the treatment to be painless. None of my family members could figure out which tooth had a cap fitted on it because it was so flawless and the color too matched perfectly. Credits to the skills of Dr. Charmi Mehta. She and her staff is very kind. Sanitization is practiced. Highly recommended.
