★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very classy. If that's what you feel and if you have enough budget, go for it. The township would be ready in about 5-7 years which is a lot. The customer service is very good but in our case, there was a clash between representatives. Once you give them your phone number, they'll call you a lot until you deny them.
