★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There always is this battle with own self that, how do I find time from my day to day things to do something different. Especially as an entrepreneur, when there is no set schedule, there is no set holidays, it becomes more and more difficult. Though, at times one needs to make that extra effort to find time from the busy schedule, invest it into a program such as "Inner Child Retreat" and I am glad I did . It was an amazing experience not only in terms of what I walked away with, but also the connection I made with my fellow participants, I have now added new set of close friends. A big THANK YOU to Roshni for a life changing experience, it not only recharged my batteries but also gave me the techniques to continue to recharge it as needed, for the rest of my life…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was diagnosed with some heart problem and was suggested to put pace maker. Also had lots of fears and other issues. I got to know about Roshni and took sessions from her. She found out the core issue and did therapy. Not only my stress, fears, sadness and negative thoughts disappeared but also my heart problem got resolved. I was amazed. May God bless her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The transformation that I experienced through participation in two programs conducted by Roshni as well as through her personal consultations has been way beyond the best that anyone could ever imagine in my life.
1.Since July 2012, I suffered repeated episodes resembling epileptic attacks on exposure to screens and some kind of lighting systems. My diagnostic reports were normal and I was treated symptomatically with anti-epileptic drugs. This caused a severe setback in both professional and social life. There came a stage wherein I had to be dropped by car to office and picked up in the evening on a daily basis. I consulted Roshni in February 2019 and underwent the required therapy on March 2, 2019 which was the last day I suffered an episode. I became independent and improved on my official responsibilities. Consequently, my medication was completely withdrawn by August 2019. I started driving after a gap of seven years. Today I have completed eleven months without medicines and completely fine.
2.I suffered brittle asthma since March 2013. The treatments I underwent could only provide symptomatic relief. An inhaler had become a part of my attire wherever I was. I happened to attend an Eye-Opener Talk by Roshni in January 2018 in which I learnt a technique which I began practicing whenever I suffered an asthmatic attack holding my inhaler in hand as precaution. This technique suppressed the attacks without using inhaler. After five such instances, the asthmatic attacks ceased and by the end of October 2018, I was out of my medicines and never carried an inhaler thereafter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roshni has been wonderful in bringing mental well being in my life. For a long while , I was not myself and I thought it was due to experience I had been through in my life. However, this was only my perception. Roshni managed to dig through the root cause of the problem. She patiently worked on me with relevant therapy. I live in London but Roshni has been great in giving therapy online over Skype. Now, not only myself but also my close ones are witnessing the transformation that has taken place. Today I feel much more happier, confident and am able to work on issues which I have been avoiding for a long time. I am so pleased that I am being my original self again. Thanks to Roshni!
To whoever may be reading this review- Friends please don’t ignore if you are not feeling okay emotionally, behaviourally or something that you may be struggling with... When we have a physical illness we go to a physician . Same applies for our mind....that can do wonders if we take care of it...
