Based on experience i have listed my below points
1)Workouts explained clearly
2)Help to do workout until u do it correctly
3)if u are enter into gym while gym going to be close,then trainers wait until u complete ur workout(at-least basics )
4)Within a month u can feel the difference,whatever your goal (weight loss or weight gain)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ got a chance to be trained by murli who is a Personal Trainer at gym smr royal gym He has great knowledge of all kinds of exercises and the requirements as per the body type and the fitness goals of the clients.He not only did never let me give up but also motivated me to be my fittest best. Thanks to him for all the hard work he had put for each workout.
Also he is very cooperative and tries to give me extra sessions if I have missed any session. I would strongly recommend him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of the the quality of the equipments in the gym is excellent. I have been taking personal training and @mural sir is the best PT. He has guided me through each and every day. He motivates me everyday. Not to forget the FrontDesk has the best communication. They keep me updated with all the gym timings and payments. Best experience so far compared to any other gym. Would definitely recommend.
