I booked passion pro and paid the amount. After the payment, the executive asked me where I was taking the bike and refused to provide me the bike after knowing the destination .
Nothing like that was mentioned on the website as well.
They could have told me the same before I made the payment but didnot do so.
Its taking too long to process the refund for the amount I paid.
On booking, please make sure to gather all info from these guys as they do not tell all the hidden termsconditions on third own. Very unprofessional .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bike pick up Location is near by Pune Railway Station. The Bike condition is good. They charge a bit extra on weekends. I got it @1100 on Saturday for 24hrs and travelled to lavasa. Before we take bike, we should check head lamps, signal lights, brakes and any damages for bike. If they found any extra scratches or dents while returning, we need to pay some amount. Over all its Good :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and condition of the scooters. We hired an activa for a weekend and the entire process was hassle free and pretty straight forward. Works out much cheaper if you are just two people, wanting to hang around the city and don’t mind the sun and the heat. Absolute freedom to travel the way you please!

Had rented a couple of bikes last week and renting it again this week. Its the best place you can find where you will find a vehicle in a pristine condition. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provide some well maintained bikes. Compared to other places their bikes are in relatively better shape. Also the people there are very welcoming and even offer beverages to their customers. The staff is good and well behaved. The only issue is that the bike we rented had loose spokes in rear wheel, which they have not checked before handing it over to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small (size-wise) bike renting outlet in Koregaon Park, just above the Pizza Hut, a little bit difficult to find. But they have well maintained bikes at affordable and reasonable prices. Very polite and helping staff. Their bike hiring process is quick, but in case of any kind of delay from their side, they offer you coffee and good hospitality.
I was very happy with their service.
