A very new activa with helmet. Very happy. They refund the deposit in 2 days but thats okay. I got mine in time. It will always be my go to place for a rented vehicle in pune. Thanks guys.?

No matter how much calls you make. They'll just say we will refund today but we never receive it.
Pathetic service. No customer responsibility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly recommend to try rental riders for bike or scooty rental service. They are new in bike rental service and condition of the bike was very new and the response time from the team regarding the delivery and support was very quick and appreciating .
Best scooty on rent service in Pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall bike condition and service was good but i reserved a pulsar 160 and got livo instead, thought rates were same. Also, there is no point in advance booking as it is first come first serve basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First thing first, the location given on map is not their actual location. They just operate from a basement parking, without any office or any establishment where u can trace them.
Secondly they are asking Rs. 1000 as security. But the phishing thing is they refund your security amount in 3 to 4 days. When i asked the guy about this delay, he answered there is lack of signal so they can't make refund in time. Mean seriously, u take ur customers so dumb.
Third, they are highly unprofessional and very unhelpful. They don't have any proper office, no receipt. I waited for the guy who delivers the vehicle for 30 mins. All the other customers are writing about the same issue about refund. Hence, I failed to trust them and didn't take scooty on rent.
