★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced very bad service, they didn't train the workers to deal the customers. No return or replacement policy when the customer is facing issue with the product even very first day. Prices are very high compare to others. I am not sure whether the owner of this shop is having transparency or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can say that their response to customers after buying AC is very bad. Initially I bought Lloyd AC from them which it stopped working after 2 days of purchase. After struggling for a week they changed and placed Daikin for which I paid some 6-7K extra as Daikin is premium compared to Lloyd. From then the story started. Every year when I call them for service, they will come with one single word that Gas leakage is there for which they are charging 4.5-5K every year. My doubt is when you are fixing leakage issue every year, how come it is repeating for every service. The word 'Gas' became Money minting machine for them. Beware of their fake service take ups. I doubt the product itself what they installed as they changed Lloyd to Daikin after great struggle. Refrain buying from them and go for Carrier or Toshiba or Mitsubishi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Request all to don't go for Sneha eElectronics, Kurnool road, Ongole showroom for Air Conditioners. They never respond to the Customer after sale. Let me share my experience: Purchased Daikin split AC on17-03-2022, installation done on 18-03-2022, collected 2,000 rs. on demand towards installation charges in place of my old AC.
After one week, on 24.03.22, faced complaint on outdoor unit of this AC, Immediately, informed to the showroom person. Due to summer heat, as there is no response from showroom, booked online complaint in daikin website on 25.03.22. Daikin service person attended on 26.03.22 & declare that due to poor installation, gas was leaked and suggested me to contact Sneha Electronics. Again contacted Showroom person, so far no response as usual till to date, I. e. 02.04.22.
Hope my experience is helpful to all to not fell into trap of this bloody Sneha Electronics, Ongole
