★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought AC from this store paying a lump sum. At the time of our payment, they promised that they would bear end to end cost and we payed lump sum for it. After billing, they showed their very true nature. The very next moment they said that I need to pay for transport charges. we were surprised but we payed for the charges after little talk. Later during fitting they said that I need to buy some additional electrical appliances. This really pissed us as we payed our lump sum for it. They started arguing stating this does not include costs. This created hastle for the whole evening. I felt really bad bcoz if this. They really suck. I mean really. I would recommend every one to take a look at other stores before reaching here. Their prices are high too and discounted items are damaged :( :( :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service provided to customers,if product is not good they won't take return or they won't give money back to customer .Simply advice us we are not responsible go and consult mechanic for that particular product.
I prefer to advice purchase from online (Amazon) here if product is not good they will take return in less than 30 days

First they offered for 33,600 later in very next minute they called and said sir, the model number which we ordered is wrong so we are giving other with same price. When I see the bill it was 37,000. Playing tricks with customers.... No ethics at all. For delivery they are charging too.....
The worst service ever..... They squeeze money in all the forms.....
Waste of purchasing products at Vijay Digital Ongole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service from show room, while purchasing they told that our service will be at doorstep within 4 days, I requested two times 1from 15days onwards till now no response from service team. Again today I called for service 3rd time and they replied within two days team will come, more over I purchased the item just 3 months back only.
