The product Price is higher then the outside market. don’t buy product from snehanjali. I will never ever recommend any buddy to buy the product from snehanjali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Brought Brand New Fridge and after dilvery found lower part damaged . Called service and he fixed it and within day it broke again. Useless service didn't respond well. You can see Everyone giving zero star to them .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever go to this place!!! We went to buy a air conditioner(1 ton),there were alot of dummies on the wall but they said they had stock of none but Godrej and LG. At the same time the guy attending us got a call,and he decided to leave us and attend the call.he dint even ask a colleague to fill in as a proxy,he just left. Not happy with either the limitations and his unprofessional attitude we decided on walking out. And i hear him scream to another employee "just timepass, just for fun" i turned around and he signalled us with his eyes. No wonder people don't enter this place. Comparatively Digi 1 is a way better place to buy electronics,they staff is so knowledgeable and experienced.
Shame on Snehanjali for this kind of customer service

bought realme 32 inch tv, store salesman asked to remove screen protector which we did and ripped off half of screen as there was no screen protector just the polarizer film. technician came to visit and repair cost was 10k for a 14k tv.

Horrible people. When you are buying a product, they will keep assuring you that no matter what, they will help you get in touch with the companies. But once the sale is done, they don't even acknowledge you. We purchased fridge, stove, aqua-guard, washing machine from the store for our new house. They did not give us the plate to close the motor of the washing machine. Upon going there to enquire, all the people were so rude. Especially the cashier. He has absolutely no respect whatsoever. And they gave us these useless plates telling us to fix it. Hopeless customer service. Please do not buy from here.
I wish I could give them a zero rating.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. KINDLY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.
