★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good community, Security, locality. Lake view has an advantage and disadvantage. View is good, but sometimes it stinks. Also mosquitoes are always close by :-). Cultural festivals and community get together are regular, hence there is sense of well being among the residents. Resale value is also good hence a good investment option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is amazing with all amenities covered etc but the stay is disturbed by the azaan which the masjids sing 5 times a day. It's very very loud and it disrupts your day. Not sure if the Management Committee is even trying to do something about this. Especially during this work from home time, it's a big hassle. Such loud azaan is not played anywhere in Bangalore. Don't understand this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice flat and amenities phase 2 is well done but crowded good for senior citizens . Maids are a hassle and usually have some or the other raudy or petty theft background not safe my advice buy the flat and a roomba
