★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting deposit back after vacating the place is very big task. Caretaker thinks (also claims) he owns the building and scares people by showing off his (so called) political connections and threatens vacating people and abuses them in local language, fake cases and claims he will make sure we can't survive in Bangalore and We shouldn't be visible in the layout. Anyone from Northern, western or eastern India should avoid this place at any cost.
