★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sir it's already mentioned in the membership card that you have to take appointments before visiting the salon which is the basic policy of any service provider in our line. As for the absence of customers, the appointments are scheduled in such a way so that even the staff gets a break for their personal work. Sorry for the inconvenience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically these people are fraud... they sell membership cards and when customer go to take service ... they say come with appointment although not even a single customer in their saloon.
Always the same case. Moral they want money but dont wanna provide service.
Even I said if you have prior appointment and customer is not here ... then please provide me service and if the customer with appointment comes meanwhile ... i wait ... but they say no.
EVEN I WAIT FOR 30 MINS NO CUSTOMER VISITED NOT A SINGLE ONE ... COZ THEY ARE LYING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snt salon is one of the best salons in Indirapuram. The hair services offered by them are excellent. Their owner Tannu treats you like family. Their stylist Sonu is extremely skilled and offers the best hair service. Kudos to Tannu's team of talented professionals. Way to go girl..and thanks for all that you do for me..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really worst experience,got keratin treatment,earlier I had It was awesome as was done by professional hair expert,but one month ago I again had keratin treatment,it was done by owner,as hair expert left the job,she did so badly means she didn't know how to do,my 3k rs were total waste.
I regret why I went there,later she said u come again I will do again as customer satisfaction is her priority.
But till date no call back from her.
Will recommend not to go there and have experience as I had.
We are bound to give one star else deserve no star
