★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive Facilities with less amenities. If we book hall for birthday party or other functions , they won't give tables and power points. Hall charges are per hour. Better can try Nearby restaurants for more facilities and better rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a member of this club. Membership automatic and compulsory for owners of about 6 Sobha complexes.
Very well managed.
Swimming pool OK for children.
Good gymnasiums and community halls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well planned and constructed Central club area for all Shobha apartments nearby. Only catch is humongous mosquitoes being next to Bellandur lake. Otherwise parking is decent, pool is large , there are provisions of badminton and a large music room. Lot of activity and vocational classes like arts and bakery do happen their. Overall a fun place to explore for both kids and elders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained. Good gym, badminton court indoor, and music room. Makeshift basketball makes it look kinda sad. Tennis court is cemented. Swimming pool is average size, not big. Has indoor restaurant as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been staying in a society developed by Sobha for 6 months now.
?The process for tenants to get their membership cards is screwed and it feels like a government office where someone has to get multiple photocopies of rent agreements, get them stamped from society as well as the clubhouse…then pay for each card separately. TOO MUCH HASSLE to get registered.
?How does having only *one badminton court* (playable) justified for 1200+ flats (ie. 5-6 societies constructed by Sobha developers) when we pay ~6k maintenance per month for a 3 BHK?
?The clubhouse charges a hefty fee of 200/30 minutes for each guest which is way higher than even the badminton court facility 10 meters from the place (playzone). They
?Also, it is mandatory for flats to opt-in for memberships when we’d not even use them.
?The clubhouse is far from the society and you have to go in-person to book the slot (like the 90s) so make sure that with so much demand to utilise the facility everyone would have to go at least once for making the booking (funfact - you can only book a slot for the next day)
Not recommended for the sole reason that there is a high chance that’d not be able to utilise the facilities as much. Better take a cult membership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outside residents cannot buy membership and this is only for Shoba Residents. But outsiders can join classes here. The place is good and has many sports. Clean and well maintained place and the coaching is also good.The is adequate parking space as well in case someone wants to use it. The tennis court is excellent. The fee is similar to other nearby places.
