Prices are also not that expensive considering Shobha, some investors are telling they bought for 1 cr and selling for 1.15 cr 3 bhk . There must be some issues. Can someone honestly guide. Construction is spectacular quality.

This apt is behind a big lake leading to a night marish exp on rainy seasons.Foul smell right throughout the year.
The water is very bad.
That's why many ppl have opted for resale dont fall into this trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to live! been living here for more than a year now and must say the facilities, the landscaping and the overall maintenance of this place and its grounds are really good.
But on the downside one of the biggest problems here is the water. Its really hard water which causes a lot of hair-fall and skin problems so to avoid it you have to install a water softener without doubt.
There is a convenience store inside the compound which has basic necessities.
The other facilities include but are not limited to, swimming pool, table tennis, squash court, gym, parking for car and bike, pool table, reading lounge, guest houses, aerobics studio, badminton court, basketball court and tennis court.
Right outside the compound we have met and fish stalls, vegetable stalls and there's a new hypermarket coming up.
