★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid the fee for rental agreement. Then told they will provide soft copy next day. But next day after follow up also they didn't sent the soft copy.
They will just say they will provide but will not pick up call and do not respond.
Its like once they received the money their job is over.

I have requested for online rental agreement and paid 650/- and later received a message next day in whatsapp stating that due to vendor issue they will not be able to provide me the agreement and hence they are refunding my amount. Since then i am following up with them on whatsapp and even calling them multiple times but no response from them. And now they are just ignoring my messages and calls. Its been two weeks now but no response. I have also uploaded my whatsapp chat so that no one should get cheated in future with such fraud. I will definitely be taking this further with consumer forum. Such a pathetic service.

Documentation process was smooth.
However they sent the originals on incorrect address. Now they are not answering my phone calls.
The person who contacted me was Prashant Bharti.
