I learn good technical stuff in Softtech which is truly helping me in my current job. Salary might be bit less but its learning one should think about in IT career.

-Their growth within the market is unprecedented
-Simply put, their product saves our clients money.
-Management is demanding however, internal promotions almost guarantees your boss has not only done your job before but been one of the top performers for the company.
-The compensation structure is good.
My favorite aspect for this company is the entrepreneurial culture it promotes. Hard work is rewarded and you are given the freedom to generate ideas for developing the product in an independent manner.

Challenging and Innovative Work Environment. Get lot of opportunity to work under different skill set.

- Unique and excellent products to cut down costs and time for government client
- Product based company and still market leader in E-governance (AutoDCR)
- Over all this excellent company to start your carrier.
- Have some good Manager help you to develop your skill
Pros:
- Innovative product list having good client list
- CEO working hard to get Company on the top of industry segment
- Freshers will get good exposure
Cons:
- Performance is no matter but how you are connected with management is matter to get your appraisal.
- Employee credibility is not reached up to top Management

Job security is good in this company but job satisfaction not so much better .
Management are transparent but in form of appraisal & Variable they are not so much better.
Dislikes
There is lot of politics involve in management . Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! In starting some struggled a bit in the beginners.
