★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had enrolled for the first batch of course with Earnest HR for PG Diploma in HR & Administration. I am from Fitness Industry and wanted to do a course in HR and Admin so that I could improve the efficiency of the Process at our Fitness Club.
Yes Promises were many, but honestly the course was a great disappointment. For the first Semester the trainers were a disaster, they were no doubt good as an individual but were not efficient to impart knowledge. The class room learning was just reading out what was there on the PPT slides. (Which of course my kids would have done a better job with more voice modulation and expressions.) For the first Semester we got the whole PPT in the form of Text book also, and the topics were general so a person like me who is not from HR background also knew most of the topics. The Payroll subject had excell as 70% of the syllabus and our trainer was using PPT to teach us Excel. Thanks to one of our co student who took the initiative to take up the class practically.
Came second Semester, after making a lot of noise we did get good trainers, but this time they decided to save on paper and money and gave us only work books not text books. Then Earnest HR wakes up and give us projects one which was supposed to do in the 1st Semester also. Then to top in a Log book, where we have to write our learning experiences also. This was totally new to me, I raised my concern with the management, we were promised internships at the start of the course, without which how do we fill the log book. But the management decided to keep quite about it. They want that we should fill the log book with whatever fictitious situations. The log book has to be complete, so that they can show TISS how much they have done and lure students for the new batch.
This is just a money making racket, I really wonder how TISS agrees to give its certification courses to such irresponsible institutes and make a mockery of the whole course conducted by TISS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took admission for the Bachelor’s degree course at Earnest HR in 2017. I done my 12th std. from Kolhapur board. I want to join a course where i can earn money and pay my own fees. They Promised me stipend of 12000, but actually I got 7500. In the first Semester the trainers were good but after that one trainer was very bad. He was rude with students. The classes are full day on Saturday and other days we were working in the company where the supervisors are not supportive. The subjects are very hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TISS conducts various programs (at this Pune centre) suitable for fresh graduates as well as for working professionals who wish to make a career switch. Most programs are work integrated with classes only during the weekends. The faculty is great and the learning opportunity is excellent.

I had done my PG in Digital Marketing. The contact person Mr Gokhale is a good guy. He followed up pretty well with me and provided me with all the details about the program like fees, course structure, trainers, course duration etc.
They had promised an internship of 4 months which was pretty difficult to find and hence they gave an opportunity to work in the company itself(EarnestHR) for 4 months. There were a few pros and cons working in the company like,
- The work-life balance is pretty good and they do not pressurize you with a lot of work.
- The work policies are very strict(in/out time, breaks, leave policy) which becomes a pain as it is not the case in most of the organisations
Overall it was a good experience but could've been much better to be called as value for money.

6. I would like to refer this institute to my colleagues.
Recommendation.
There should be arrangement of Tea / Snacks so that students can't feel hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trainers provided by earnest HR are really good. There are students from all the age group, and all of them are handled really good by the trainers. I have opt for Digital marketing course, there is a lot of practical implementation in this course. Also, Earnest HR gives its 100% contribution in getting internship with decent companies.
About the infrastructure, I would say it is average, it is a small classroom but the perk is, personal attention is given to each and every student. People here are not only students but even working once opt for an external course and they have a lot of work experience so you get a good brainstorm from such an excellent bunch of people.
Overall good to opt for external courses!
