★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Organization in IT Sector - It's the most worst organization I have ever seen in my career path. They don't have any HR & management rule for the employees. Since I joined in January, 2020 I didn't get my appointment letter in June, 2020. In COVID-19 pandemic situation they have cut 50% of the salary for the 3 months. Also, they don't have any particular job profile for any employee as since joining I didn't get the leave policies, rules & regulations set by the management. 1-man management ruins the whole company. My advice to all not to join in any kind of Senior/Junior/Executive/Manager profile. 1st 2 months will be good for you as they don't have time to monitor you and from 3rd month onward they will force you to submit reports what you did in last 2 months, why you didn't work on assignments (nevertheless there is any assignment to do or not). All the previous employees except 3-4 employees have left the organization and if you found the bad reviews for the organization in Google, Glassdoor and other areas all of them are true. And the good reviews are manipulated. In my domain I had to hire some freelancers to do the job as company didn't have fund to hire content writer & graphics designer but company didn't pay their full amount once completed the assignments and the freelancers are giving me threat everyday to pay their amount whereas it was totally a management responsibility to pay their full amount. Enough I have written here and if you feel I have written this as a story try your luck and you will get to know everything.

The seniors have made me learn and work things in a practical way, which is exactly what freshers like me look forward to learning when joining a company. I also found that the company thinks a lot about its employees with its work-life balance, competitive and on-time salary policy. Apart from this, I also like the flexible office timings and weekend off days. Being the part of this organization I can say that it is very easily reachable & helpful also.
