β β β β β The doctor is very polite & calm, explains entire treatment procedure in detail. Treatment was not at all painfull, would surely recommend everyone.

β β β β β Visited the clinic on 21st Oct for gap in the 2 molar teeth, instead of solving the problem by filling the gap and permanently curing, the doctor just cleaned the teeth & charged exorbitantly for cleaning couple of teeth. The core problem was never solved.

β β β β β The doctor is very short tempered. Gets upset with the patient if he starts sceaming with pain. This has happened when I took my grant son who is 7 years old, to him for Dental procedure. He simply asked us to get get out as child was crying with fear. Doctor should understand the human behaviour of the children. I will never recommend any body to consult him less he improves.

β β β β β Dr. Radhesh Rao is an excellent dentist with super knowledge of latest techniques in this field. A thorough gentleman, humble, soft spoken and a great human being is what differentiates him from others. Seamless execution of planned treatment is his USP. Also, heβs quite approachable through all modes of communication and responds quickly. Dr Parin Bhanushali and Dr Rao team up for pediatric treatment and help kids fight dental problems. They are good at treating kids of any age as they have a good understanding of child psychology as well! A 5-star rating from my side to these docs :)

β β β β β Visited Dr.Rao at SoftTouch Dental Clinic for gum treatment and for all 4 wisdom teeth extraction.
Very professional approach towards his work. Explained all procedures calmly and clearly, the benefits of the treatment and precautions to be taken for faster healing. Does not rush with the procedures. Most importantly makes the patient feel at ease. He has magical hands no doubt, a stress free and positive environment.

β β β β β I want to specifically recommend Dr. Radhesh Rao for his skill, dexterity and professionalism in handling dental matters. I had a deep cavity, just sly of pinching the nerve and almost eating into the next tooth. He skillfully navigated the decayed areas, grinding them to perfection, and filling up the cavity with as much ease to me as possible. It did not matter to him that the complexity of the issue costed him an additional hour of treatment than originally envisaged and his staff demonstrated a quick response to action already rescheduling his upcoming appointments. If that was not enough, he took a good 15 minutes in the end to explain the procedure (in as much as layman terms as possible) concluding with the after care and some recommendations on what could be the future road map for some other areas of my dental landscape. There but a handful doctors today who leave you with a fore bearing that you are in safe hands, and I have no doubts that Dr. Radhesh Rao can be safely added to such list.

β β β β β I had my tooth extraction done here and the procedure was done smoothly. I had some apprehensions because of my bad experiences at other dental clinics. But Dr. Rao was extremely patient and polite with me and resolved all my queries & concerns calmly. This put me in so much ease during the entire treatment. Highly recommend this clinic for everyone.
