★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I visited the place again and I had some worst experience since for first time servicing they have taken 6 hrs time while the technicians were busy in playing games on mobiles. And there is no waiting room maintained for customers. After sales service is very very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall Good service ,but u need to go before 9.30am for servicing as they allow limited vehicles only.sometimes it becomes tough situation.
It's small service centre compared to one at buldhana and other neighborhood cities.many times parts are not available and hence you have to visit again to check availability of desired parts.

My problem for my suzuki access 125 are not resolved after to servicing. The sale executive are very polite before the delivery of the vehicle. After that they dont even talk with u on call related to the vehicle .
I understand that it is a machine it can have several problems but to resolve the problem must be the main motive of the service department here and they fail very badly in it.

Sales executives are quite cooperative in nature they will give you all details and will suggest you the best as per your exact need.. generally sales persons push their products for their benefits. But here you'll not get that experience.. for sure.
Showroom manager is also very decent in nature.. he helped me a lot in the documentation process as I am not locale from Jalgaon..
Here I want to appreciate Mr Ajay (sales Executive) for his cooperation..
Will definitely recommend this showroom in my circle.
