Huge water scarcity in this project.

There are driange blocks with 1 year..STP wastage has lot of dirty smell all the time..labour cap is just besides the building creating chaos..feels like living in some slum area..no amenities give as promised.

He delivered their first project with false commitments making everyone fool saying budget flats.
Actually he is promoting wrongly and trapping innocent buyer.
No worth to buy Somani dream home flats. Poor Quality, wrong commitment and cheating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some idiot hacked and misused my Gmail account and written bad about buider and society sales person. I get that in notice just now. Builders and sales person are so so cooperative. They have coperated us on every aspect. Now we are planning to shift on our own home within a week. Amenities of Somani home dreams are excellent. Specially Sudhir sir from day 1 helped us a lot. If someone planning to buy flats 1 or 2 Bhk then I would refer Somani home Dream in punawale. It is regionable, and facilities provided are excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're planning to purchase a flat here, kindly avoid. I have a flat in Somani Dream Home and all promises given are proved false. No amenities provided and it's been an year now that we have got possession. Labour camp besides the society causes chaos.
Labours freely access in the society area and there has also been a murder in the camp for which no action was taken. Irregular water supply as most of the water is illegally consumed by the labour camp leaving the borewell empty. Long list of such problems which can't be mentioned, can only advice that do not waste your hard earned money here.

So many complaints that even ten pages would seem less. A wise suggestion to those looking to purchase here, better wait, earn a bit more and purchase flat elsewhere.
