Would suggest never go with their projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently engaged with Somani group representative Biswajit for flats in Madhyamgram. First of all, I want to clear one myth that everyone has is booking through them will charge brokerage. This is totally wrong. Whether you go standalone or through them, the amount will remain the same. The advantage of engaging them is they know in the whole of Kolkata various available projects that fit your budget and matches your requirement. This is where the Somani group team shines. Discount totally depends on the builder and present demand in the particular project in which you are interested. Last not least do your due diligence on your own, before booking any flat. It is not Somani representatives' responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with this real estate organization. They came for selling. Sold us property and took their commission and then flown away. They should give customer service till the hand over of the property as a renowned organization in this industry. But during any issue when we discussed with them, they shown themselves too busy and didn't provide any service as already they have taken their commission.
So I will not suggest this organization for any property purchase.
