My Father was in an emergency and so we had to settle for this hospital which was the worst decision we took. First of all, the area where it is located is not hygienic at all and that unhygienic environment is also present inside the hospital.
The Reception was not polite at all, it was as if they didn't care about the patient at all. We had no choice because there were no beds available anywhere in Mumbai so we had to get through the night here. There was no professionalism among the staff. The doctors weren't skilled enough. They had a degree of homeopathy but were practicing Allopathy. The Equipments and internal infrastructure was highly unhygienic and not up to date at all. The Medical person was not polite at all and just saw us as a way of earning more money. They charged us for many unnecessary medicines which were not even mentioned in the bill. The bill had many more medicines than what was been given to us. At the end of billing, we received an enormous bill which was more than what the top hospitals in Mumbai cost their patients.
A lot of illegal things are going on in the premises which should be looked into by the governing authorities.
The next day the doctor called me and asked me for extra money and told me it was due. After asking her for the invoice she was very rude and instead of sending the proper invoice(bill), she sent just a screenshot of the payment she received. This hospital is a disgrace to the medical society.
I don't recommend this place to anyone and everyone as they don't show any empathy or professionalism for anyone. Even if they are treating for free please do not go for it.
*Please avoid considering this hospital even if you have no options left!!*
