★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is horrible. My documents sent by SBI was send back to Mangaluru after keeping g it for about 12 days in the SO without being delivered. How they can do this ? Nobody even bothered to receive the calls on phone. HORRIBLE SERVICE OVER ALL...

Fixed Deposit/ Recurring Deposit/ Term Deposit / Time deposit / National Savings/ Postal Policies/ Kishan Vikas Patra Banking Savings account opening also done here. Fully Computerised... Online Postal Payments can be done too... Passbook facility also available. But nothing works smoothly...

2. Everytime they BEG for money whenever they deliver something
3. See the name "BARNALINASKA", never delivered my parcel on time, and the guy who she has appointed literally I have to give him 50 to 100 rupees to get the product.
4. Employees are very rude, no one comes on time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally a crowded place. You have to stand in queue to deposit or withdraw money or any other service. But behaviour of the staff is quite good. At present the official who sits on the counter no. two is very helpful. He helped me get post office ATM card and online banking facility. You can approach Manik Da an agent of the post office for any kind of investment in post office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indian Post is perhaps at it's all time worst. They are open only because they cannot officially close operations. The Sonarpur Sub post office has an even smaller Branch office here in Mission pally. The staff hardly open the office, and whenever they do it's a complete mess. They cannot even find where they kept stuff. Anyways, I feel bad. Even though Indian Post had the chance to do greater things it will be cursed for such a poor workforce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst post office ever in this locality. There is always a crowd in here making it extremely difficult to do a job or to ask something. The clerks are the worst. They will tell you to come some other day for a petty job, always. And they never come on their jobs. They always show they're busy. Never trust the clerks here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only money deposit work they are doing. All post, currier, service are not available. Even I ask them for a postage stamp ,,,and they told me to visit later when all the people deposit there money ,,,, after that you can come ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best example of govt office I had ever seen. You may encounter a situation where someone calls from the post office saying that you have a parcel in our office, please collect it. Really horrible.
