★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10months back I purchased an TCL LED at sonovision store in ongole.. Suddenly 20days back I got panel problem and I informed to the TCL customer care but they said it's take time to give replacement for 10days, I waited for ten days but the issue is not solved then i went to show room and talked with manager n staff for the service.. They provided good service as manager promised me and given the replacementof the LED with in a few days. Now iam sooo happy... Sonovision is providing good service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited to Sonovision to purchase refrigerator, here they are maintain good display with so many models which are not avialble in the market and also reliance is not maintain this many models.. showroom is neat and clean. Customer receving is good befor and after purchasing the item..service is also good..manager receving is good and giving gud price after sales executive still giving discount..visit the Sonovision for lowest price and service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, managers are too rude & arrogant , service is very bad,here we always got lot of old stock too, don't buy here go to reliance digital or online purchase. If you want to waste your money then go here. Giving 1 star cuz there is no 0 star rating. Other branches are good enough,please improve this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never order any stuffs from sonovisins,they really very lazy n no real response from them...they jus wanna sell out products...ppl never ever buy or believe their products...better go out for other stores...and it will take 20 mins to deliver from the show room..worst service and managment..would like to rate them below 1*..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and cheats. Liars and absolutely no responsibility. They lie on your face updating about delivery without even asking any of your details. Once they get their money, they are not bothered about service/ delivery. Sales people speak very sweetly before buying and then do Not even pick your call once sale is made... Manager is even worse. Good for nothing.
Do NOT buy from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst behaviour of the employees. Not customer friendly. I had a terrible experience with the staff. They only concentrate on your money. Once you purchased the product they won't care for you. You need to go and make multiple follow-ups with them to get it delivered and installed. Products will be available in any showroom but the staff behaviour with the customers and the service they provide is matters the most. In that case Sono vision completely fails. If you don't know anything about the delivery and installation they will loot you by saying costly numbers.
