These people do not respond to customer queries, does not have a working helpline, their products are available nowhere. Is this how business is done? Disgusting. I finally settled for Yamaha and very happy about my decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased sonodyne sound bar in 2012 and the problem is that it become faulty in every rainy season due to electricity lightning or thunder storm (spark of electricity during rain) and I have become fed up to get repaired it almost every year by sending 225 k/m distance to it service center at Kolkata and spending so huge money. Now it 6th time it is packed for repairing.
This bar is so delicate and cant bear minor lightning and they have no mechanism to protect it form thunder or lightning. They even not provide home repairing service despite you bear all the cost of repairing and travelling. I'm considering buying Yamaha or JBL for getting rid of this kind of faultily designed/developed product.
I recommend never buy any product from any company who doesn't provide home service. I also found that sound quality of the bar has deteriorated after so many repairing.
Remote of this product is also poor and not angle free. My advise not to buy sonodyne bar , you will loose your peace of mind by continuously repairing and spending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have one URANUS II B accompanied with SQ 500 EQUALISER of URANUS series and SX606 speakers... purchased in 2000, it still bestows heavenly music...trine quality of manufacturing is awesome... though I had to repair 2-3 times' for minor troubles...still it is the best ever sound system have ever listened...
Request you to bring back transistor driven amplifiers again or to think over introducing valve/tube based amplifiers as the quality of sound is almost a little beyond the pleasure points...when you decide to design...
