★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trust worthy and value for money....very professional approach ...submitted my Sony system purchased from US....didnt get parts anywhere...finally somehow found this service center...at first didn't had confidence that they will be able to fix the system...but Rajiv confirmed me that he will get the job done...got the quote in 24 hrs.. but they had to get the parts from Bangalore and that would take 8 days...no.option left waited for 8 days but for the system fixed....so over all satisfied...good work team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was a good experience at the sony service center at Andheri. Rajiv helped me with all the procedures it took me about 5 mins to do the required formalities. i got back my laptop repaired the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just go there to check issue in my laptop but they told me, you have to pay the amount for diagnosing the laptop after that we tell you what issues in your laptop and then we proceed further for repair.
It's very costly to get service here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its not a proper sony service centre but they claim to repair the laptops. I took my Sony Vaio laptop, the problem was it hangs a lot, and few keys arent working, abruptly shutdowns and mainly heating issues, they told me if i get a new mother board, since they will anyways give clean the reinstall the software I wont have issues, I got it done for 7k, and in a week the issue is back, called them multiple times no response only. Even after spending 7k, I had to sell it for 5k only, imagine the frustration I will have, they shud have just told me that its old instead of saying if they repair it comes for 1-2 years more ( which is a lie basically )
I urge anyone who has time to only find a right service centre, i think these people should change their its really confusing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its very costly now if you sony vaio laptop and if any problem comes in that or in its accessories...it will cost huge..huge means huge... i came here for vaio charger and they told me 3k rs for that..i dont think any charger will cost that much..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a screen flickering problem and I took my laptop here thinking its an authorized sony service centre. They told me that the checking charges are Rs. 650 which I paid them and submitted the laptop.
I got a call from them saying that the graphic card has got damaged and since NVIDIA graphic card is integrated , it will not be repaired and they advised me to change the motherboard which will cost Rs 8000 and Rs1100 will be the installation/service charges ( GST additional).
I took my laptop back and gave it to a local shop near my house telling him about my screen flickering problem.The guy called me after a couple of hours and told me I can take it back ...the laptop has been repaired. And he only asked for Rs.500. He told me it was a general service to be done and the monitor cable was loose from inside which he fixed. He also fixed my speaker issue which I didnt even tell him.
Guys please avoid this store thinking it to be SONY Authorized centre. The shop is called KlickIT and their only solution to fix an issue is replace the motherboard.
PLEASE AVOID to save time and money.
