★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too worst service .given 55inch 4k sony tv here,they said some backlight gone will repair it ,but after 20 days they said it is not working ,you can exchange of tv with any one with 20k .my tv actual cost is 2 lakhs,they are saying 20k .we collected my tv and given some near small tv repaired shop ,they repaired and my tv working fine now .really too worst service center ,atleast they don't know what is the exact issue.compare to these guys road side tv repair guys better .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had recently purchased Sony stereo earpodes. Unfortunately the device had some problem and it wasn't working. I bought this to Sonet Service centre. They had a quick check and promised if the stock is available, they'll replace the device immediately.
After sometime they replaced the device. Thankyou ??
Note: Four Wheeler parking not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a authorized service center hence does get crowded.
What I would suggest is call them up first, tell them what spare or repair is required with the correct model number (Google how to find it for your product), get the feedback and timelines, if possible get them to note down your name and number, only after which go there especially if you are looking for spares.
If not you will 100% end up going there at least a minimum of 3 times, communication is key here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth for a single star, ever seen such worst… no proper response from the service centre it’s been more than a week i have raised ticket for my Sony tv. One has to think all aspects before buying a sony product.. Sony service will definitely dissatisfy everyone.

Technician was very helpful to my work .my Sony 7r3 cam was display problem he understand my problem towards my journey is returned soonly he was helped the repair ,so he was solve with in half day with nominal price .. thnku for sony service centre team members ...
