★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had never exercised in my life but when I joined Soul to Sole, my opinion about workouts changed completely. The workouts here are full of high energy and the trainers are very friendly and attentive. I personally like going for Zumba, Pilates and Figure 4!

Having been into fitness for more than 2 years, this is by far the best place for an all-round workout. It's difficult to stay committed to a gym, but these workouts are addicting!
Sanaa's Zumba classes are the best calorie burners!! And super fun too! Would definitely recommend classes here!
