I joined prenatal yoga during my second trimester with Sneha, she is a very good trainer with lot of patience and she make sure each and every posture are done correctly. I feel very relaxed after each session. Thank you Sneha for your guidance!!?

I took 12 classes of prenatal yoga with Soul yoga & wellness, and I couldn’t be more thankful to Sneha! I was suffering from severe back ache, so much that I was not able to sit up for more than 15 minutes. This started affecting my productivity at work and my ability to manage daily chores. Sneha customized the sessions to focus on relieving my back ache and also taught me simple poses to practice during the day. Within 7 sessions, my back ache had magically reduced to a great extent! To top it, prenatal meditation time gave me a lot of relaxation and the difference was very evident. I fully recommend Sneha for her prenatal yoga teaching skills for a stress free, relaxing and healthy pregnancy! Thanks Sneha:)

I took my yoga sessions and diet classes online. I joined these session to reduce my cervical pain, spine related problem , thyroid , menstrual problem and I felt lots of changes and improvement on my health and my pain has reduced day by day. I feel energetic throughout whole day, my body feels light.. I am very grateful for the guidance and motivation by Soul yoga &wellness ..

After joining yoga I feel alot of change like I wake up early now, I feel energetic, i can handle my moodswings and healthy. I joined pcod reversal program. They trainers are very supportive they encourage us whether it's a asana's or the lifestyle, health issues.

I am Rashmi Sudharshana, 43 years, home maker, I have 2 Kids. I am suffering from Bp, diabetes and Thyroid since 5 years. My HbA1c Level was 7.18. Sneha was my yoga teacher 3 years before. After covid, yoga classes were discontinued and I was at home all the time without exercise and my weight also increased. After I saw her nutrition program, I joined that which included yoga also. This brought a new change in my life. The diet change, yoga, Sneha's motivational words brought confidence in me. Now my HbA1c level is 5.1, BP is normal and thyroid below average. My medicines are reduced and my weight has also come down. Nowadays, Mr. Amitamshu is our Yoga teacher and I really wait for the classess. Thank you so much Sneha and Amitanshu for ur guidance and support.

I took 12 classes in second trimester n 12 more classes in third trimester of prenatal yoga with sneha .I am so grateful to sneha for her guidance.I took yoga classes in my last pregnancy also n ofcourse it helped me,I had a normal delivery n I wish the same this time too.Anyways sneha is so perfect in her yoga poses. Not just yoga she also talks about healthy practices to be followed.I recommend her for stress free, relaxing n healthy n happy pregnancy.

I’ve been practicing prenatal yoga with Sneha for the past month and I’ve seen a positive change in my flexibility, energy levels and breathing. Regular practice of yoga has been effective in relieving my biggest pregnancy pain point - back pain! I enjoy Sneha’s method of teaching, especially how she explains the details of each yoga pose and it’s benefits. Additionally, I’m much calmer now and feel well prepared for the journey ahead.
