★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old building. Almost throughout the year some or the other repair keeps going on. Generator doesn't work at all. Lift door doesn't open in all floors. Water logging in the parking area during rainy season. With all this, maintenance is 2200 which seems way too high with these many maintenance issues.
