Your ideas are actually heard recognized and implemented here
Yes the work gets overwhelming at times but the learnings, the team the mentors and specially the founders are an amazing mix of like minded enthusiasts who would go crazy distances to make sure you are comfortable and a part of the team.
6 months in the organization and never had a tad bit of doubt or uncertainty about my position and my growth.
Highly recommend joining in here I'll be there to welcome y'all with my jokes and goofs?
