1. Selfish and brutal management
2. Never respect for your work hard.
3. Documentation is at another level, please read every documents clearly before signing. If you are thinking to join this fraud company.
4. Behaviour of owner is very rude with employees. You never knew when they will fire you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are really Smashers, you don't know when they smash you from the workplace. They terminate the person just sending the mail without any warning. It's happen with me, I don't care as I am well settled in Mohali, no financial problem. I am writing here to aware those who are the only bread earner for their family member, living far away from their hometown. So the moral of the story is that world is full of companies, try another.
One more thing, treat employee as human being not as a labor.
