★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had account in some other bank, my friend recommended me this bank. Till date I had a very good experience with this bank. Staff is very polite and respectful also they are very cooperative for any of your problems. I will recommend this bank to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch's manager Mr. Arun M S does not have any concept of customer service. He does not want to listen to what customer is saying. As per him, while withdrwaing cash, customer may request denomination but bank will decide what denominations is better for the customer. He has no understanding of how to behave with customers. He was saying the bank does not have any currency chest and bank has only the currency deposited by other customers.
We are bank's customer since the opening of the branch but that ended today when we closed all the accounts with rhis bank
