★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i didn't buy anything here because costs very much here colorful rtx 3060 ultra oc costs 60k but he costed 76k for rtx 3060(not even oc version) and he doesn't have knowledge about pc
Ps:-the customer service was good and the way he shows everything in his store is customer friendly(idk how he treats after buying a pc)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a laptop from them. After 3 days, the OS crashed. They made me wait for 2hrs and again reinstalled the OS. After i came home, my laptop was hanging. Worst place to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer experience is good. Very polished and refined and glossy. But the repair part isn’t upto the mark. I took my DELL XPS with a start up issue. And I got it back from them after a gap of 8days with no help from them. As I was about to avail my WFH option, I was desperately in need of laptop and couldn’t afford to buy a new one at that point. I therefore took the laptop from them in a no - result condition and took it to another repairer in Daba Gardens. And to my surprise the technician opened up the laptop and found that the BGA was replaced. He showed it to me in my presence. Now being the beginning of a new month, I am prepared to buy a new one but definitely not from them. Hope I made my point clear.
When you are in a service industry, hospitality does matter along with the service and vice versa.
