If you try to purchase anything using a gift voucher (which is nothing but a prepaid card), for reasons best known to them, they do not give you any discounts and instead give you explanations that do not make sense.
Not going back again as there are far better shops with honesty in trade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a mini heaven for any one who has a hobby of collecting toys and also for parents looking to buy their kids cool toys. They have a nice variety of toys for sale and I have purchased a few items from them in the past. Mostly diecast models and a couple of WWE action figures

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much over rated for all the goods specifically toys and very much non friendly behaviour of the staff. They insisted to bye a unpacked product with out barcode in half price , however it didn’t work a single day at home. Very bad experience. Will suggest to visit other similar shops near by Colaba area which much more reasonable in all terms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store during a trip and planned to pick some stuff for my kid, while the staff on duty are great, including elderly gentlemen who guide with care, the 2 owners of the store are absolute rude trash. I noticed them being rude to 3-4 people during the short stay. They are unapologetic about the same product having different prices in different locations and were blaming the customer who pin pointed this. They rudely asked a barely 3 year old to behave himself and not touch the toys..really- a kids store and the kids are supposed to maintain absolute decorum? Glad to be able to share a scathing feedback on this store, especially the owners
