First they said price 500 if you are bargainer then you can buy on 250 ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good place to get your shopping right. Reasonable prices, only if you've got good bargaining skills. A wide range of variety in designs, colors, sizes. Books are available too at affordable low prices. Straight from one piece, shorts, Kurtis, bags, accessories, shoes, sandals, night wear. The quality of cloth or whatever you take is really good from this market.
It is accessible from CST by bus, taxi, or a 15 minute walk. You can also visit Leopold Cafe while in the market.
It is a straight lane with many stalls of clothes worth visiting...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colaba causeway is famous for its street shopping. Dresses, tops, shoes, sandals, bags, tshirts, earrings and other accessories etc are a few to name. A few book stalls are also available for the bibliophiles. As vendors' stalls are on the pavements, one can walk without being affected by the scorching sun. There is only one rule here: You must know how to bargain and walk away. Otherwise vendors will squeeze your pocket. You'll get share taxis from CST or you can go on foot also. It is some 15 minutes walk only. Don't forget to have something from Leopold Cafe or Cafe Mondegar. Colaba causeway is one of my favorite places in Mumbai.
