★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save your money..pathetic spa and very bad service. Masseurs will keep changing and she will keep going out and back. SPA has to be a relaxing experience with right music aroma and the massage. The shower area was smelly and no aroma or music and smelly towels.
Save your money and avoid at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place to have massage. The masseuse was more focused on extra income then doing the massage. The one hour massage was wrapped up in 50 minutes and the strokes were really immature in quality. The spa-nation should try to improve the quality then focusing on backdoor money generation otherwise, you may need to shutdown the shop here and start one in Somali where your standards and strategy may fit into.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Group of cheaters...it was my first visit. I was promised steam and shower post massage. However post my therapy I learnt their is no steam service. The manager made us pay for a 90min massage for me and my husband before the service. However instead of 90 min the massage got wrapped up in less than 60 min. The shower didn't have warm water...it didn't have shampoo..no one bothered or cared to serve. Super smelly towels and hygiene at its worse in this time of pandemic. When asked to refund the extra money they charged the manager asked us to come back tmrw to avail the balance 30 min of massage.. as if everyone is free to come as per their wimps and fancies...absolutely pathetic experience..these kind of places must shut down. Must not be allowed to operate..ducking lovers. .. refrain from going to such places....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is managed by group of cheaters. They sold me a membership card for 10 hours and told me it is valid all over India in their branch’s and their group ( the spa thing and others). I paid 11800. I took only one service at Ahmedabad but once I reached Hyderabad they asked me to pay 1180 for each hour. Once I called Main beach they told this is the system and refused to give the service and treated me badly and asked my to fly to Ahmedabad to take the service otherwise they will refund only 2000 which I have to go to Ahmedabad to collect it. I am advising everyone not to go for any kind of membership as after giving them the money they will apply hidden rules which never been in the signed application before giving money.
