Visited the store thrice. Had a detailed discussion for a residential project of 21 flats but the sales team is highly inefficient. Sales manager Nachiket only made promises but never delivered. Recommended only if you have lot of time and patience to deal with these jokers.

These guys have good modern furnishings but seems they provide service to customers only as per their convenience. Had been to their office here in Baner twice for bedroom interior funishings. Provided detailed floor plans and requirements, but even after multiple communications from my side did not bother to respond with their designs or quotes. Avoid going there and wasting your time if you are looking out for customized interior options.

Spacewood is run by a bunch of lunatics and it would be the worst decision of your life to invest in their kitchen.Highly unprofessional, egoistic,arrogant and unapologetic staff who are completely clueless about the technicalities.Absolutely no respect for Architects or designers and customers are looted. Experience :- 1.The 'so called' designers fail to give any design solutions as per your requirements. You have to give them ideas yourself and get solutions. 2.The site manager Nikhil is highly inefficient at the task and is only interested in talking big.Despite of his presence the carpenters installed two complete carcass+shutters in the wrong place and moreover the site manager was giving wrong solutions to the problem.Had to sort it out myself so that lower carcass is aligned with upper chimney and storage. 3. Got 3 wrong sized cabinets delivered for installation despite of their multiple visits for measurements.These had to be replaced and the work had to be kept on hold for another 25 days till the new cabinets arrived. Worst part is that they will not accept or apologize for any of their mistakes.And I am surprised that the manager Shilpi calls her staff the best team and backs their horrendous job onsite after so many blunders.Very disappointed to see a manager like this who can make the behavior of employees worst instead of guiding them to understand the client's perspective and respond appropriately. 4.Every part of the kitchen is highly expensive here.The price of quartz stone was mentioned as 50k in their quotation and I got the same material for 22k outside.So the profit margins are blindly skyrocketed. 5.Despite of countless blunders like these I went to the showroom again for a new project to give them a second chance because the brands of hardware and shutter quality is good.But instead of being grateful and more careful,they were even more unprofessional and clueless than expected.This time I get a joke on the name of a quotation from Akshata with absolutely no particulars mentioned or no price breakup.Just one round figure with absolutely no details.I think even a school kid can do better. And the price of the quotation also so bizarre...around 7.9lacs for a kitchen whose quotation was offered at 3.5lacs at another place with same brands of hardware, same quality shutters and better services. If you have lot of energy to waste and lot of extra money to burn.. Please do visit spacewood and boil your blood. Stay as far as you can from this inefficient team if you want value for money and smooth service.Never going to recommend Spacewood to any client.

We have got to know about Spacewood Baner from our close family member. They had purchased wardrobes from this place 2 years back & based on the overall experience and the timely completion, we had visited again for wardrobes requirement for our flat. We really liked the material quality, finishing and overall look. They have wide selection in product category & the final finishing of the product at site which we have never seen with the local competitors. I would like to say special thank to senior interior consultant Shilpi and team for handling all our requirements and changes with such a professional manner and helped us to deliver and install the product on time. Hi, 1) Wardrobe with top storage unit Pros Happy with the design and finish Cons Storage unit some of the doors are not closing properly, as it is touching the ceiling as well the wardrobe door, See photos 2) King and Queen Bed with storage Cons The inner edges of the side board are very sharp and hurt the fingers when we try to tuck in the bed covers. It needs to be rounded. See photos

Hi Guys, I have purchased total Kitchen decor including troleeys and everything from Spacewood Baner,Pune showroom. Since no one is picking call in theshowrrom nor they are reverting to it, I have sent mail to the customer care for the post warranty claims and Its been a month no one cares to respond to it. So make sure if your are purchasing from them you will not get any post sales services and warranty claims. Either they will not revert or they will make you round and round.
